UK Higher Education Advisory is an independent education advisory service and is not affiliated with the UK Government, Student Finance England, the Student Loans Company, the Department for Education, or any university unless expressly stated.

UK Higher Education Advisory provides education advisory services, including:

• Eligibility assessments for UK student funding
• Guidance on Student Loans Company (SLC) applications
• University course selection and enrolment support for accredited UK institutions
• Ongoing academic and advisory support throughout your studies

Our services are advisory in nature. We do not directly provide funding, issue student loans, or guarantee admission to any educational institution. Funding amounts vary according to your course, location, personal circumstances and eligibility, and are set by the relevant funding body rather than by us.

Our services are available to individuals who:

• Are aged 18 or over. Our services are intended for persons aged 18 and over and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18
• Hold valid UK residency status (UK Citizen, Indefinite Leave to Remain, Spouse Visa, or Refugee Status)
• Intend to study at a recognised UK higher education institution
• Have not exhausted their entitlement to publicly funded higher education

Submitting an eligibility assessment does not guarantee qualification for funding. All funding decisions are made by the relevant funding bodies.

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all forms and communications
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your personal circumstances that may affect your eligibility
• Not misrepresent your identity, immigration status, or academic history
• Use our website and services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, databases, or restricted areas

Our services are strictly advisory. UK Higher Education Advisory:

• Does not guarantee funding approval or any specific funding amount
• Does not act as a lender, credit broker, or financial institution
• Does not guarantee admission to any university or educational programme
• Does not guarantee any employment, career, or income outcome
• Provides guidance based on publicly available information and our professional experience

Final decisions regarding student finance are made solely by the Student Loans Company (SLC) or the relevant funding body. University admission decisions are made by the respective institutions.

All services provided by EDUREF LTD to prospective and enrolled learners are provided free of charge. We do not charge learners any fee for eligibility assessments, guidance, or application support.

We do not ask you for payment at any stage. We take no deposits, no administration fees and no upfront payments, and there is no paid tier of our service. If anyone contacts you asking for a payment on our behalf, do not pay it and tell us at info@eduref.co.uk.

Because we do not charge you anything, there is no fee to cancel or refund. You can stop using our services, and ask us to delete your data, at any time.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of EDUREF LTD and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
• We are not responsible for decisions made by third-party organisations, including universities or funding bodies
• We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if:

• We are required to do so by law or by a binding order
